Mister Maintenance provides professional handyman and home maintenance services, including but not limited to:

- Flat pack furniture assembly

- Jet washing and exterior cleaning
- Minor plumbing and electrical work (within legal limits)
- Home improvement projects
All services are provided by experienced, licensed, and insured professionals with over 22 years of experience.
3. Quotes and Estimates
We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all services. Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness), we may need to reschedule and will notify you as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, we may request a deposit (typically 25-50%) before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Late Payment: Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur late payment fees and interest.
6. Work Guarantee and Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. All services are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of completion (unless otherwise specified). If you are not satisfied with the work or experience any issues within this period, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by customer misuse or neglect
- Work performed by third parties after our service
- Materials provided by the customer
7. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the work required
- Ensure safe and clear access to work areas
- Secure pets during our visit for safety
- Be present or arrange for someone to be present during the appointment (unless otherwise agreed)
- Provide access to utilities (electricity, water) as needed
- Notify us of any hazards or special considerations (e.g., asbestos, structural issues)
8. Liability and Insurance
Mister Maintenance carries full public liability insurance. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed by the customer
- Damage to property caused by hidden or unknown hazards
- Consequential losses (e.g., loss of business, lost time)
- Damage caused by customer-supplied materials or equipment
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Health and Safety
We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if we deem conditions unsafe for our staff or your property. In such cases, we will explain the issue and discuss alternative solutions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Mister Maintenance and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
